Dr. Maikap is an expert in designing non-infringing routes for complex molecules and developing a strategy for filing Drug Master Files (DMFs), interacting FDAs, scale-up & validation of the API technologies and executing commercial batches.

Dr. Ray is basically a hardcore synthetic organic chemist awarded with several international journal publications and patents in the USA and Europe; is sound in developing patent invalidation strategies for drug substances, product development and is thorough in drug regulatory affairs.
